These terms and conditions are effective as of December 10, 2024.

Pellinge Marina Oy (Business ID: 3235154-2, hereafter referred to as the online store) sells gift cards through its website. Gift cards are delivered via email to the purchaser or directly to the recipient. We reserve the right to change prices and terms without prior notice. All prices include VAT.

Placing an Order

Products are selected by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is confirmed by paying the contents of the cart through the checkout process. By placing an order, you accept these terms and the prices of the products.

Using the Gift Card

Gift cards can be redeemed as follows:

• Room Reservations: Make a reservation by phone at +358 44 249 0377 or email info@pellingemarina.com. Mention the gift card code during the booking process.
• Other Services: Value gift cards can also be used for purchases within Pellinge Marina's other facilities.

Special Terms

• Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
• Gift cards are delivered in PDF format via email.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost.

Force Majeure

Pellinge Marina Oy is not liable for delays or indirect damages caused by force majeure events.

If a product is temporarily out of stock, this will be indicated in the online store.

Payment and Payment Methods

All orders must be paid for in advance using the payment methods available in the online store. Payments are securely processed by Verifone Finland Oy, a licensed payment institution authorized by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority.
