Villa Berg, or Villa Rock as its name already suggests, is a unique experience that combines modern architecture and the barren beauty of the archipelago. The villa, almost completely excavated from the rock, offers a wonderful environment for meetings or parties of 10 people. Scandinavian interior design and materials inspired by the archipelago create a unique atmosphere in the space, meeting the wishes of even the most demanding visitor, whether it is a business guest, party guest or vacationer.
The total area of the villa is 170 square meters. Downstairs there are two bedrooms and a sauna section, offering quality accommodation for four guests. The open spaces on the upper floor offer an excellent setting for moments together even for larger groups. The wide terrace built on the edge of the cliff offers a unique opportunity to enjoy a peaceful breakfast or the glow of the evening sun, blending into the surrounding nature.
The kitchen is well equipped. A dining table for ten people brings the group together for delicious meals. The rental of the villa always includes bed linen for four people, and additional towels are available for an additional fee.
Both bedrooms are equipped with 160 cm wide double beds, which can also be made into separate beds. Additional accommodation options can be found in the hotel rooms located near the villa, which can accommodate six more people.
The villa is equipped with a 65-inch TV, which also functions as a screen, air conditioning, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge-freezer, hair dryer, sauna, fire extinguisher, bed linen, baby chair on request, Wi-fi and first aid kit.
The farm used to be a fishing farm. A former fishing host, known for his innovations, began mining the villa into the rock. According to the original plan, the building was intended as a fish store. After a decade, this unique construction project was completed, and now the Berg stands proud under the protection of the black rock of Pellinge. Pellinge's black stone is very rare and hard, so we are grateful for the work started by the previous owner. Thanks to this, today we can enjoy the unique experience offered by Villa Berg.
