On May Day, Friday 1 May, we will set up a generous brunch buffet in the restaurant. In addition, the terrace and the Archipelago Grill will be open weather permitting.

Chef´s visit: Michael Björklund 4.-5.9.2026
Pellinge Marina will welcome a distinguished guest this September as renowned Nordic chef Michael Björklund visits for a special guest chef event. During this two-day visit, guests will enjoy a menu designed by Björklund and prepared in collaboration with the Pellinge Marina team – promising a unique evening filled with island flavors, seasonal ingredients, and a relaxed atmosphere.
Michael Björklund is known for his love of pure ingredients and Nordic archipelago cuisine. He has published several cookbooks, won Sweden’s “Kockarnas kamp” (Chef’s Battle), and represented Finland in the prestigious Bocuse d’Or competition. His warm and personal approach to cooking makes this evening a truly memorable experience for all diners.

Chef´s visit: Kari "Kape" Aihinen 10.10.2026
Kari “Kape” Aihinen is one of Finland’s most renowned and respected chefs, with a strong international career. He has served as Executive Chef at Helsinki’s legendary Savoy restaurant and today runs Roster in Turku and Robusto in Helsinki. And as if that weren’t enough, Kape keeps himself busy with catering, writing, speaking engagements – and of course, by taking over kitchens on television.
Known for his passion for honest, straightforward food and strong team spirit, Kape continues to inspire both in and beyond the kitchen.
In October 2026 Kape will be visiting Pellinge Marina as a guest chef.
